First we will visit a local market and learn about prehispanic food, and legends then we will stop at a tortilleria where we will learn about the process from the corn to the tortilla. Then we will head to a neighborhood of Vallarta yet discovered by tourism where a passionate chef will receive you in his small family restaurant. Time to practice! Cook tortillas with blue corn and prepare your meal, Bon appétit and Salud! One Mezcal is on the house…

What do I need to know before booking this tour?
- The meeting point is at the market 5th of December and the finishing point is in the neighborhood Versalles. Both 5 to 10 minutes away from Downtown.
What is not included in the tour?
- Tips for the guide and the restaurant
- Extra drinks in the restaurant (1 Mezcal is included or one bottle of water or fruit water for whom doesn’t drink alcohol)
